Frequent Questions

I'm done with the class, what do I need to do now? When you finish your course, you should see a "Print Diploma" button. Click this button to view your diploma and then print a copy. It is your responsibility to provide this as proof of completion to the court.

I get an error when trying to pay, what do I do? Most payment problems are caused by an incorrect address or zip code being entered. Please check these fields and try again. If you're still not able to pay, please contact us so we can get the issue resolved.

When can the class be taken? Since this is an on-line class, you can take your class 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What happens if I get disconnected from the class? Our server keeps track of your progress through the class, so that if you get disconnected all you need to do is log back on using the email address and password you gave us when you registered on our site.

I failed the final exam, what do I do now? You may take the final exam over again until you pass and show an understanding of the material. Some classes may make you wait to retake the final exam. Please use this time to review any questions you may have gotten incorrect.

How do I find out how I did on the test? How do I find out which questions I missed? After you have submitted all your answers to a test, you will be taken to your test results. At the top of the page is a box showing your overall score on the test and how many questions you answered incorrectly. You can also view each individual question in detail and an explanation of the question.

I don't have a printer, how do I print out the certificate of completion? Since all your progress is saved under your account's email and password, you can access our site from any computer or mobile device with Internet access. Many people in this situation borrow a friend's computer to print out their diploma. You may also come to our office for a free print-out. Also many libraries, Internet Cafes or stores like Kinkos/The UPS Store will allow you to print for a fee.
